Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the property’s key features are well-maintained, including the structure, exterior, roof, and that essential systems such as the boiler and electrical installations are fully operational.
- Obtain and maintain appropriate corporate letting insurance for the building’s use.
- Continue managing your mortgage obligations if one is in place.
- Keep all required safety and environmental certificates up to date, including gas safety, electrical safety, and energy performance certificates (EPC).
Our Responsibilities
- Manage all tenant communications and respond to inquiries promptly
- Ensure consistent rental income for a period of 3 to 5 years
- Cover all utility and council tax obligations on behalf of the landlord

How does it work?
We agree on a fixed monthly rental amount with you, the landlord, and NSP Property Management guarantees payment on a monthly basis. This arrangement functions similarly to a traditional tenancy agreement, but with one major advantage: you receive a steady, guaranteed income every month, regardless of whether the property is occupied.
If your property isn’t already set up for serviced accommodation, we’ll handle that for you. All utility bills, cleaning, and maintenance costs are covered by us. We take care of the full management process, ensuring your property is ready to host guests visiting the area for business or leisure. This includes handling bookings, communicating with guests, and coordinating our professional cleaning and maintenance teams.
